ITINERARY

Enjoy a Daylong River cruise with a Private Tourist Boat 

Meet our guide at your hotel or residence and then we will drive to the boat station to board our tourist boat.

 Upon arrival transfer to the awaiting boat. We have a basic facilitated boat with basic facilities. It is a small local boat with an engine. It will cruise through small creeks and canals.

 While cruising, you can see the morning time activities like children going to school, people going to work, farmers in the field, people fishing, etc. We will anchor our boat in the Rupgonj area for sightseeing at a Hindu place known as Murapara Jamindar Palace. Built during colonial times, a remarkable exploration of Bengal and colonial typical architecture. It was used as a landlord's palace and now turned into a college.

 we will also do a short visit to a reclining paper mill next to the site (subject to permission). Back to the boat and cruise upwards to Kanchan Bridge.

 We will anchor our boat on one of the islands. We can go swimming, jumping, etc. We will provide a life jacket to all of you and you are requested to bring extra clothes. The river is a big but not strong current in the river. So you can easily swim there. It is really fun to do s

 Lunch will be served on the boat. Fresh cooked hot lunch will be served.

  03:00 PM: We will take you to a world heritage (intangible section) Jamdani handloom weaving village. The work of making Jamdani Shari is a long process. Normally for 6-7 feet Shari, it takes about a week to make. The design, handmade, style, and art all make it so special. For the Indian Subcontinent, it was a dream to wear a Dhakai Jamdani. You will meet the artists, learn how to do it, will have a cup of tea with them, and also you can shop and order them.

  While cruising back we will anchor our boat to some places to enjoy the afternoon, If you want you can go fishing etc 05:00 pm: disembark from the boat and we will drive back to Dhaka and transfer you to the hotel or residence and end our tour.

 Optional: There is some other adventure you can do like overnight on the boat with a tent, You can stay on the boat during full moon until 9:00 pm and Bar B Q will be possible. Additional charges will be applicable.

 Please note that for people who cannot swim, we will not recommend them to either swim / not go far, They are requested not to swim, and Bangladesh Eco Adventure will not be responsible for any emergency or incident    !!!

 Sightseeing: Sightseeing as per itinerary
